[#171] HTC One with Android 4.4.2 reports incorrect voltage

HTC One after upgrade reports incorrect voltage. Instead of 4.321V reports 0.004V. Fixing although this is more workaround than fix. HTC should fix it permanently. BTW: This issue is not specific to HTC Only but also some other devices suffer from this issue. It should be fixed for them too.
